Search Engine Marketing Specialist

Adecco Creative and Marketing is currently seeking a Search Engine Marketing Specialist, must be experienced in SEM and PPC. This is for a global company headquartered here in the US. in Everett, WA. Long term/ indefinite position with the possibility of temp-hire for the right individual. Pay will depend on experience, but will not exceed $40ph.

One of the worlds largest manufacturer of industrial testing equipment including electronic test equipment is currently seeking an individual to join their Marketing team. The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist is a key role within the digital systems business. The position will manage all paid search and social campaign execution, as well as organic SEO efforts. A successful candidate will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the marketing and creative team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and marketing qualified leads.

- Execute, maintain and optimize paid campaigns for several products across channels including Google, Bing, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search and social campaigns
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaigns
- Manage PPC campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Suggest ways to optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Create and monitor A/B tests of headlines, ad copy, creative, landing pages
- Build and continue to refine audiences for social media and display campaigns

- BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
- 3+ years of proven SEM experience and success managing campaigns across Google Adwords and Bing (Adwords certification a plus)
- Proven social media advertising experience and success managing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
- In-depth experience with bid management
- Experience with website analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating paid and organic campaign reports
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience with Eloqua, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics a plus
- Experience in a business-to-business environment is preferred
- Extensive project planning skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility and strength in dealing with tight deadlines and rapidly changing environment
- Good team player; has a proactive mindset of continuous improvement

Pay for this position will depend on experience but will not exceed $40ph. Long term, possible temp-hire job opportunity.
