Seasonal Administrative Assistant

Adecco is assisting a local client with recruiting for a seasonal admin in Elmira, NY.  This position is lasting till late April or early May.

Seasonal Admin position require candidates to provide tax support, scheduling and support clients within a busy professional office environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

  • Processing tax returns
  • Adding documents to the scanner
  • Scheduling clients

 

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this position:

  • Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Excel
  • Tax preparation experience
  • Quickbooks experience
