Seasonal Coordinator Hiring Events Team

The Hiring Events Team provides employment options for approximately 60% of students traveling abroad each year and about half of these students are interviewed via Skype. Nearly all Virtual hiring happens between December and April. 
The primary responsibility of this temporary position is to interview 10 to 15 students three to four days per week for placement in specific positions across the US. We interview students from more than 40 countries. 
Other duties would involve assisting the members of the Hiring Events Team in preparing for overseas job fairs, filing student job offers and other administrative tasks
There is certainly opportunity for additional levels of responsibility! 

Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (with some earlier mornings as needed) 
Ability to screen and assess applicants ability to speak English and relevant experience or job related skills for placements! 
Must be a solid computer user, MS Excel, Skype, Outlook, etc. 
Customer Service skills are a must have as well!
