Provide admin and general support to dept. Prepare correspondence, proposals, reports, and spreadsheets for delivery to clients; maintain section files; refer phone calls to the appropriate staff member, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare expenses. Must be detail oriented and strong proofreading and editing skills. Must possess over 6 years of experience with proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.
