Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Job Title: Secretary
Location: Short Hills, NJ 07078
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
Duration: 5+ months – Starting 09/03/2018
Hours part-time – 16 hours per week

Performs various administrative duties. Process invoices and payments. Schedules meetings, travel arrangements to managers or other partners in the area. File expense reports for managers. Prepares documents, reports and/or transcribes notes for managers. Must have intermediate Microsoft Office. Good written and communication skills is required.
