Creates and maintains customer accounts within Company by performing the following duties.

1.Supports Business Development Manager in carrying out the business development goals
(sales targets and profit) of the Company.
2. Works with customers to determine their product needs.
3. Works with Business Development Manager and Engineering Service Department to
introduce products to customers.
4. Collects and communicates marketing information to General Manager of Business
Development.
5. Arranges and oversees deliveries of sample products to customers.
6. Reports customer sample evaluation results to ESD, R&D, and Business Development
Manager.
7. Establishes pricing levels for all new and existing products with Business Development
Manager. (Requires approval from General Manager of Business Development).
8. Generates and issues call reports for all customer meetings. Submits these reports to the
highest superior of the Business Development team (at that time).

9. Generates monthly sales report for the highest superior of the Business Development team
(at that time). Monthly reports, besides providing an update about current developments,
should summarize the job duties performed for that month and how these duties correspond
to the Business Development team meeting its assigned goals.
10. Generates yearly sales forecast for each assigned account for General Manager of Business
Development.
11. Follows the ISO 9000 standards for quality management and submits the necessary
documents required to comply with these standards.
