Senior Client Representative-events assistant

Responsibilities:

This role includes a significant amount of work on Microsoft Office products, including excel and Word, to compose budget reports and other necessary functions. MUST HAVE STRONG EXCEL SKIILS, and general Microsoft Suite skills.

The temp will engage with other employees and vendors during the planning and execution of our upcoming events (Dia De Los Muertos, Sra. De Guadalupe, and Christmas Party events).

The ideal candidate is quick, friendly, professional, and is fluent in Microsoft Office computer products. MUST HAVE STRONG EXCEL SKILLS.

Length of assignment 6 months

Requirements:

Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Schedule may include some weekend days for events.
