Responsible for the maintenance, updating, and publishing of core digital content on cat.com, dealer.cat.com, and new digital channels such as the Virtual Product Tour. Includes updating and managing customer-facing sales support content. Supports New Product Introductions, Annual Product Updates, and managing content for high opportunity machines and/or products. Requires previous marketing experience - ideally experience with web content and/or web content management systems. Content manager will be a fundamental part of a team that 1) creates positive customer experiences online; 2) provides sales support for dealer and field teams; 3) supports go to market commercial strategies; and 4) ensures NPI marketing readiness is achieved.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Managing content across a variety of on-and offline channels
• Managing and deliver Annual Product Updates for Excavator and Earthmoving product lines
• Providing channel execution support for GCI Content Strategist
• Managing conversion of content to digital platforms
• Working collaboratively with GCI Global Product Communicators
• Working with enterprise process owners (cat.com, dealer.cat.com, translations, BHEDC) to execute and publish content and deliverables.
