Job Description:
As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will work with other compensation and HR personnel to develop pay programs that are compliant and competitive.




Responsible for the development of the compensation programs which include structure development (grade, geographical structures, etc.), incentive and recognition programs and job audits.





Conduct complex research into different state and federal regulations concerning compensation matters as well as research into the external market through surveys and other published materials.



Complete complex analysis and present possible solutions to senior executive levels and may also lead cross functional projects.



Develop pay programs that are competitive and compliant




Conduct research into more complex compensation related issues including regulations, market information, common practices, etc.



May act as lead to other analysts



Conduct complex analytics and present to senior executive level management



Market pricing of all jobs to establish an external value and assign to internal pay structure



Educate and communicate compensation philosophy and processes to all levels within the organization



May lead projects either HR or cross-functional related



Recommend solutions to senior management on complex issues



Assist in the development of a Total Rewards approach including Compensation, Benefits, Work-Life, Performance and Recognition, Development and Career programs



Perform any other related duties as required




Education/Experience Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business field
Five years related experience
CCP , PHR or SPHR preferred
Advanced HRIS software skills
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Excellent ability to analyze metrics and present results
Excellent presentation skills
Stellar ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
