Senior Customer Service Rep

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Sr. Customer Service Rep role in Irvine, CA!  Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 

Shift: M-F 8:30a to 5p

Duration: 5-month contract (possibility to be extended or become perm)

 

Specific Duties:

  • Answer Inbound Calls
  • Resolve Member/Provider Inquiries
  • Provide Claims disposition
  • Provide Authorization status
  • Master internal department workflow process
     

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Healthcare experience working within a call center environment
2. Claims knowledge
3. Eligibility
4. Risk - payment methodologies (ffs vs CAP)
5. Ability to attain quality call outcomes - 5-star service
6. Bilingual Spanish, Vietnamese, Farsi, Korean, Chinese preferred (any or all)
