This is for a temporary opportunity expected to start October 2017 and go until March or April 2018. Responsibilities for this Senior Customer Service Representative job include:

  • -Providing customer education and assistance via the phone in a call center environment

  • -Assist with HSA, FSA and/or HRA's questions

  • -Multi task while talking on a headset with callers and navigating computer systems

  • -Research to find the best possible answer and solutions for callers

  • - Meet Quality, Productivity and Attendance requirements

  • Qualifications:

  • -One year minimum of Office or Customer Service experience analyzing and solving customer problems. Call Center experience a plus but not required

  • - High School Diploma, GED or 10 years of work experience

  • - Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications

  • - Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive

  • - Effective communication skills

  • -Ability to commit to the assignment

  • Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • -Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or
    mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer

  • -Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity

  • Training for this position will be from 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Once training has been completed, shifts will be a minimum of 8 hours between 7:00am-9:00pm, possibility of overtime, Monday-Friday and some weekends. Compensation is starting at $15 per hour.
