Duration: 11/01/2019 – Temp-To-Perm Opportunity
Location: Houston, TX 77029 - (No relocation assistance, per diem or travel expenses can be offered)
Maximum Pay Rate: $100.00 to $150.00 per hour / Adecco W2 (depending on experience)

SUMMARY
The Project Manager will be responsible for handling Our Client's ongoing projects. This individual will be working closely with other team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. The individual in this role will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead projects of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage. The Project Manager will be a key member of the IT management team. The position requires building strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.

Essential Job Function
? Support, implement and enhance both new and existing business systems within the current organization as well as in any acquired company
? Increase opportunities for process automation and enhance controls and information availability
? Enhance and monitor security for business applications.
? Monitor and maintain the daily operations of the system, ultimately ensuring that the system is functioning properly to support the sales and sales support (purchasing, logistics, etc.) functions of the organization


1) Ability to work independently and with team.
2) Ability to convey confidence especially when presenting to a group ? facilitation skills are paramount.
3) Ability to absorb information at the pace required in our current environment. (actively listens and takes notes)
4) Ability to identify problem areas requiring immediate attention and taking thoughtful and appropriate action.
5) Ability to ask thoughtful, relevant questions and communicate concepts and questions clearly and concisely.
6) Ability to multi-task / shift gears and prioritize (and reprioritize as needed).
7) Ability to consistently remain engaged, present, and actively listening.
8) Willing to help whenever needed (without being asked) - acute observation leading to action regardless of the task required i.e., get lunch, take out trash, lead a meeting that’s gone awry, take minutes, propose a solution / idea based on experience, etc.
9) Possesses a consistent and natural energy-level (medium to medium high).

PLEASE NOTE: Our Client’s Interview Process Will Consist of:
1. Lead a whiteboard exercise during the onsite interview.
a. Client will provide a high-level project scope example and the candidate will ask relevant questions to create the framework of a project plan (10 - 15 minute working exercise)
2. Provide examples of work products, communication(s), project plan or section and presentation(s) (redacted if needed) produced by the candidate, etc. Any artifact that conveys a level of proficiency: writing, influencing, selling, managing/tracking tasks, etc.

**Successful completion of a full background check, drug screen, employment verification, educational verification and reference checks required upon offer.
