Senior Level Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting a well-established organization in recruiting for detail-oriented Senior Level Customer Service Representatives in Duluth, MN. This is for a temporary opportunity expected to start October 8th and end April 30th, 2019. There are Full Time and Part Time positions available. In this role, you become the expert on healthcare spending and assist in answering questions regarding balances, reimbursements, card usage, and more. Responsibilities for this Senior Customer Service Representative job include:

  • -The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls from consumers with questions about Health Savings Accounts, website navigation and other internal procedures
  •         

  • -Ability to multi task - taking inbound calls from consumers and researching issues over the phone.
  • -Consistently meeting established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
  • -Utilizing the computer database to verify and document information
  • -Communicate positively and effectively when helping callers.

  • Qualifications:

  • - 1 year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, OR 1 year of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
  • - An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
  • - Ability to clear required background and drug screenings prior to starting
  • - Available to work at least 40 hours per week anytime within the operating hours
  • - Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • - Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
  • - Willing to work and contribute in a team environment
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • -Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or
    mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer
  • -Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity

  • Operating hours are between 7:00am - 9:00pm Monday -Friday as well as Weekends 8:00-4:30. If full time, over time may be required.


    Compensation is $17 per hour.
