Senior Maintenance Technician

Adecco is partnering with a GLOBAL, Family-Owned Manufacturing Company that is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician. Our client has been in business for over 100 years and is an active contributor to their community. As the Senior Maintenance Technician you will provide maintenance service for all plants and posses competency in carpentry, welding, electrical, and machine repair fields. The Senior Maintenance Technician will also have the ability to work with high voltage (480V) and a substation. The Senior Maintenance Technician will also have the ability to interpret documents, procedure manuals, write reports, ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, areas, circumferences, and volume (basic algebra and geometry). Job Essentials:

ability to supervise 5-7 employees in Maintenance department
training employees and planning, assigning, and directing their work
work with minimal supervision
project planning
develop a bill of materials
Familiarity with PLC's


Highschool diploma or GED
six to eight years of physical plant maintenance with emphasis on electrical work
equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid drivers license
