Senior Office Administrator - Our busy, manufacturing company needs a reliable, well-organized Senior Office Administrator to handle day-to-day office activities with a focus on efficiency and time management. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, including benefits coordination, recognition, training, performance management and employee relations in a manner that retains staff members long-term and builds our employer brand. Additionally, the Senior Office Administrator will be responsible to coordinate intra-office activities, streamline administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation. We Are looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.

•Manages talent acquisition process, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
•Coordinate annual enrollment in medical, dental and vision insurance plans and inform employees of changes to the benefits structure
•Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions
•Facilitates training and performance management program that ensures employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
•Process Payroll and distribute checks
•Maintain and update general ledger and necessary journal entries.
•Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development
•Optimize organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll
• Review customer invoices for accuracy & ensure that all invoices are mailed to customers on time
•Issue checks/pay bills as scheduled by Chief Financial Officer

Qualifications & Skills
•Associate Degree in Business, HR or related field required (B.A. or B.S. preferred)
•2+ years’ accounting/bookkeeping with Experience with QuickBooks
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
•Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
•Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning
