Our client in the San Fransisco Global Forwarding office is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Executive for a dynamic sales team. The Senior Outside Sales Executive is an experienced, highly motivated individual with excellent relationship-building, selling, and communication skills. The Senior Outside Sales Executive will directly generate revenue and drive new business by managing face-to-face sales meetings with Sales Executives, building relationships, presenting recommendations for supply chain improvements, and closing sales. He/She will work closely with branch sales personnel, agents and management to create a highly profitable and efficient sales team. This person must have previous freight forwarding experience.
• Generate sales leads, prospects and opportunities
• Adhere to and meet all required sales metrics
• Commit to follow the sales process
• Develop and present Companies value added solutions
• Identify opportunities for The Companies global network
• Develop solid pipeline to assist with Americas region budgetary goals.
Job Expectations:
• Within 6 months of employment, to be generating enough gross margin per month to cover monthly base salary
• Within 12 months of employment, to be generating enough gross margin per month to cover 2 times your monthly base salary.
• Within 18 months of employment, to be generating enough gross margin per month to cover 3 times your monthly base salary.
• Within 24 months of employment, to be generating enough gross margin per month to cover 4.5 times your monthly base salary
• Sales Metrics include
o 20 Targets and 20 Prospects
o 20 face to face calls per month
o 25 additional customer touch points per month (calls, quotes, etc)
o Opportunity pipeline value of $500,000 in annual GM.

Required Qualifications:
Must Speak Chinese
Minimum three years of freight forwarding outside sales experience
Willingness to travel within assigned territory, minimum 3-4 days per week
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and using the Internet
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree in related field a plus
