Job Title: Senior PLM Analyst
Location: Mountain View, CA

Job Description:
You will be directly responsible for administering new part set up, supporting ECR/ECN/Deviation generation, coordinating the implementation of Top Level Assemblies (TLAs) and documenting these changes with Engineering, Purchasing, etc. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills who jumps in and gets the job done while relishing the challenging and fun “World’s Largest Search Engine” environment.

Responsibilities:
ECN Analysis / Coordination

● Support the creation and process of Bill of Materials, Engineering Change Orders, Manufacturer Change Orders, Deviations and all other Configuration Management activities.
● Research product change impact to ensure that all products affected are identified and any issues resolved prior to the documents being finalized within our product documentation management application.
● Review incoming Change Orders for adherence to accepted Standards and Business Rules.
● Manage BOMs for AML/AVL information and applicable support documents including, MPN, Specs, RoHS certificates and other applicable attributes.
● Conduct high level BOM Reviews in order to procure necessary documentation (to include revisions of not just ordered part number but all subassemblies and documentation).
● Confers with change originator or others to resolve discrepancies, rejections and complete change package ECR/ECN’s, mark­ups, effectiveness, and disposition.
● Manage Revision Compatibility, Commodity based Part Number Formats and Windchill PLM Change Order Workflows.

Coordinate Change Orders through Review / Approval / Data Transfer Process
● Facilitate timely review, correction, approval.
● Monitor and escalate past due approval tasks.
● Ensure accurate transfer of ECR/ECN, Controlled Part Number and BOM Data from Windchill PLM to Oracle ERP System.
● Interface closely with Engineering, other cross functional departments and 3rd parties



Requirements:
● Great attention to detail and good organization skills as well as a high level of initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
● 5­10 years hands on experience with Product Data Management software
● Strong communication and project lead skills.
● Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving issues in collaboration with dispersed teams.
● Ability to think strategically, but also gets into the details.
● Able to work under time sensitive deadlines.
