Job Duties:

  • Responsible for hiring of assigned positions by developing and executing a diverse sourcing strategy to identify high-caliber candidates including the use of social media, contacts, candidate databases, and referrals
  • Maintain an active tracking of applicant flow throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates for upcoming projects and assignments
  • Source, screen, and interview applicants. Screen, evaluate and provide orientation of job requirements and company benefits for area of assignment
  • Conduct phone interview with applicant and coordinate on-site interview
  • Leads interview team debrief sessions encouraging rich, data-based feedback and thoughtful discussion in supporting the hiring decision
  • Thorough understanding of AlwaysOrange culture and human resource policies for discussion with perspective employees
  • Provide best-in-class candidate experiences by connecting candidates to the mission and vision of our company, thoughtful planning and follow through, professionalism, and timeliness
  • Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent
  • Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and strong organization skills including ability to successfully function within a multi-task environment and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  • Develop a deep understanding of candidate needs and drivers along with internal and market compensation data enabling thoughtful, win-win offers
  • Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 5 plus years’ experience recruiting across all functions and levels of an organization
  • Experience sourcing for technical level is a plus
  • Ability to identify, develop, and maintain sourcing relationships with groups and organizations (LinkedIn Groups, Universities, and Industry Groups etc.) to promote skilled and diverse candidate pools
  • Advanced sourcing experience using social media required
  • Proven track record of successful delivery against challenging time-to-fill targets
  • Experience building relationships and consulting with Hiring Managers to deliver a quality hiring experience
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates required
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and organize workload
  • Demonstrated expertise with state and federal employment law as it applies to hiring and interviewing




Pay Rate:  $35.00hr - $38.00hr DOE

Shift Start/End Time:  first shift/general business hours

Length of Assignment:  3-6 months
