We are looking for a highly motivated and resulted oriented Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Operations team in our Manchester, NH office to help improve the productivity and effectiveness of our global sales organization. This is a Contract or Contract to Hire position  In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement.  The candidate must be a senior level team player and have the ability to work with cross-functional teams and is effective in problem solving with excellent follow-up skills.   The Sales Enablement Specialist is expected to foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success.  The candidate must be able to work under pressure with deadlines and is passionate about learning & sales effectiveness and how technology and process can address barriers to sales success.

Key Responsibilities
•         As a certified Salesforce admin/user, you’ll be a Salesforce subject matter expert in support of our global sales team.  You’re experienced with supporting sales territory rules, leads & opportunities along with reports and dashboards for the sales related span of processes.
•         Work with key stakeholders in our sales organization to understand, evaluate and document improvement requirements related to Salesforce.com and our Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tool. 
•         Act as liaison between our sales teams and IS&T to transform requirements into improvements. 
•         Function as Salesforce.com business admin/super user for our WW Sales & Marketing teams across the globe.
•         Develop comprehensive test plans to be used in user acceptance testing of new functionalities and solutions. 
•         Act as an available resource to our users and be both a system and process expert.
•         New Sales On-boarding: As a member of the sales enablement team you will assist in evaluating, creating and updating user training materials (printed/video/how-to guides) to improve our education processes for new sales reps as well as existing system users.
•         Reporting: Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization by partnering with the Sales Operations Analyst team.  Develops new reports and dashboards to improve day-to-day operations as needed.  Coordinates with Regionals Sales Ops Managers and other stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience
•         3-5 years of Salesforce.com experience in both Classic and Lightning
•         ADM-201 Certified
•         A passion for system process optimization, training and enablement
•         Interest in technology and understanding of how technology can be applied to solve business problems
•         Collaborative team player with ability to form and maintain strong cross functional business relationships
•         Self-starter with a strong initiative. Must exhibit a “do whatever it takes” attitude
•         Highly skilled in meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
•         Highly analytical, detail oriented and organized
•         Demonstrate the ability to resolve issues independently; know when and how to escalate issues to Management
•         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to: describe, educate, and persuade.
•         Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field required
•         Proficiency of Microsoft Office skills with strong Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP & macro) skills are required
