Service Coordinator

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a current Service Coordinator job in Bridgeport, CT. The Service Coordinator provides assistance and support on the Service Department team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Customer service support.
  • Answer customer requests via phone/email regarding service.
  • Help dispatching technicians including initial schedule and changes to schedule.
  • Confirm customer appointments.
  • Ensure tickets follow the regular work order life cycle.
  • Support billing procedures.
  • Support specialized account management.
  • Greet customers with a sincerely helpful attitude.
  • Maintain customer relations to promote repeat business.
  • Handle any customer complaints quickly and with satisfaction.
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure maximum proficiency and productivity.
  • Support and manage warranty claims with both manufacturer and customers.
  • Demonstrate and coach behavior that ensures quality customer service.
  • Address and manage escalated customer service issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Skills/Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience on Customer Service
  • Energetic Leadership Style
  • High School Diploma; College degree preferred but not required
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals
  • Ability to obtain an elevated understanding of processes, procedures, and responsibilities performed by direct reports
  • Mental toughness and the ability to withstand rejection
  • Excellent communication, telephone and listening skills
  • Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required
  • Highly Organized with excellent follow through
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Effective conflict resolution skills
  • Computer proficiency with working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new in-house computer systems
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
  • Enthusiasm, confidence, and maturity
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability to perform as a team player and maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere
