Adecco Group has an immediate opening for a full time 3 months position for Service Coordinator in Milwaukee, WI for a world-class firm. On-site work requirement.

Manage end-to-end content strategy project to design requirements and write content for new set of collateral. Requires partner with colleagues in other departments and in-house design team to find integrated visual/copy solutions.


Service Coordinator processes all data associated with Client service repair, product installation, product upgrade, and maintenance activities. Interacts daily with other departments within the Service team to ensure accurate and timely processing of service transactions.

Process SRO (Service Repair Order) transactions per defined procedures.
Process Exchanges, Loaners, and Warranty Parts Orders according to documentation received from the customer service and field service staff.
Contact customers with Repair Estimates and Service Repair Order status.
Acquire payment information via purchase orders, credit cards and checks.
Verify SRO pricing and invoicing are accurate including freight and labor charges.
Responsible for all invoicing activities relating to Service Repair Orders.
Process credits on SRO’s as directed by supervisory or management staff.
Manage the Service Request Inbox and ensure that orders are sent to the correct areas and process accordingly.
Provide reports to service management regarding equipment loaners and exchange items.
Create Incident Service Repair Orders for the Sales group, Test and Restock units, and OEM vendors.
Contact customers to retrieve incoming units and log all contacts into the tracking systems.
Create return shipping labels to send customers based on contract status.
File and assist in maintaining SRO File Cabinets.
May assist with Receptionist coverage for breaks, meetings and absences.


excellent communication skills both oral and written; as this position is a direct customer interface with company Instrument.
Associate Degree in Administration or related field is desired.
The ability to handle multiple issues in a calm and professional manner will also be required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office software will be needed for data management and correspondence.
1+ years of previous work experience with data entry or customer billing and invoicing is required
Previous experience with direct customer contact is not required, but preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment and perform task assignments in a timely manner as defined by the area supervisor.
An attention to detail and quality is essential to ensure company customers receive accurate documentation and invoicing for services provided.
Must be a team-player, possess outstanding customer service skills and be self-motivated.
Acts with a sense of urgency, illustrates ambition, and drives for completion of tasks and projects.
Must have the ability to initiate and develop creative solutions. • Possess the ability to manage time and prioritize critical priorities
