Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Service Coordinator/Accounts Receivable job in Riviera Beach. This is a temporary opportunity. As a Service Coordinator/Accounts Receivable you will be responsible for acting as a support link between varying departments, customers and employees by performing clerical and administrative functions. Responsibilities for this Service Coordinator/Accounts Receivable job include:

• Scheduling appointments
• Drafting correspondence
• Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
• Preparing invoices to customers for work performed and providing information to customers, vendors and field personnel.
• Establish and maintain electronic and paper job files in compliance with company procedures.
• Open/close jobs when applicable
• Maintain status of open jobs
• Receive jobs and complete paperwork
• Reconcile job cost to close-out paperwork
• Gather all records and documents in order to calculate the total amount of cost that has been posted to the customer’s job and then prepare customers bill.
• Add special discounts and credit rates in to the account.
• Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Coordinate and assist the Service Manager with customer appointments, service technician scheduling and dispatch.
• Maintain and track subcontractor compliance including estimates, order changes, work authorizations and invoices.

Skills and Special Requirements:

• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, scanners, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other applications.
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
• Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
• Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.

Experience/Education Requirements:

Experience: Two years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Overtime may be necessary as workloads dictate. This may include weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.
• Will be working in a hub of 15-19 other co-workers. Must have an upbeat personality and good customer service skills.
• Dispatch with a fire alarm company a plus along with billing exp.
