Service Technician (Maintenance & Install)


Position Overview

We are an established service provider to scores of restaurants and commercial industry with a dynamic product and sanitation system. In this role you will partner with chefs, restaurant and hospitality managers to provide technical service on commercial dishmachines and chemical blending units. This is a Full-Time position and we provide you with a vehicle for transportation, health insurance reimbursement for individual or family each month, cell phone allowance, and vacation which increases with time served. There are also opportunities for overtime. There are some on-call requirements for this position.

We are looking for an amazing technician with dynamic repair and trouble shooting skills, who also knows how to provide top notch customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the installation of dishmachines and chemical blending units utilizing plumbing, electrical, and mechanical skills
Provide preventative and on-demand service to solve customer equipment issues utilizing troubleshooting and customer service skills
Schedule and direct installation and maintenance activities
Track and brief management on service calls, parts usage, and overall operational readiness

Drive to and from client locations safely (up to 50% of the day may be on the road)
Manage parts inventory within warehouse and service vehicle
Work on continuous improvement of plumbing, electrical and mechanical skills
Nurture relationships with customers and co-workers
Manage service vehicle maintenance schedule
Perform emergency service calls and installations
Provide quality work in an efficient manner
Deliver products or equipment to account as required
Perform repairs and maintenance at the company’s main location

High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of three (3) years of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service
Organizational skills
Able to work independently with the ability to prioritize and plan work activities
Proven customer communication and management skills
Basic hand tool use
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Conversant in Spanish


Commercial dish machine repair experience
Plumbing and electrical experience
Tig welding on thin stainless
Basic carpentry skills
