The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for revising design and organizing materials on a marketing SharePoint site. Responsibilities include managing file structure, set up files, posting and reposting materials on SharePoint, writing and editing descriptions, and ensuring usability of the internal website.

Location- Princeton, NJ

Duration- 6-8 weeks contract

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop file structure and organization of marketing departments’ SharePoint Site
  • Ensure branded material including PDFs, video and digital assets are properly organized and attributed on the site copy for multiple brands.
  • Ensure that the site’s navigation is easy to use and intuitive.
  • Serve as an editor, reviewing and improving previously written and/or supplied descriptions.
  • Support product branding effort and promote product brand equity by ensuring that all project work created by client meets the branding and identity guidelines established.
  • Work in close partnership with internal clients, account managers, designers, user experience designers & technical experts to ensure content, design & technical requirements meet business & user needs.
  • Ensure content meets established editorial, quality & industry standards for web usability & accessibility.
  • Work with marketing team to address challenges in displaying & integrating content with online customer service applications.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint – must be able to use the application without training
  • Content organization skills
  • Excellent writing & editorial skills
  • A solid understanding of current industry standards & techniques for digital content management.
  • Strong relationship management skills –will be interfacing with internal clients & creative staff to ensure high quality work
  • Project management skills – strong problem-solving skills & ability to prioritize, coordinate, & execute multiple tasks
