Shipping Coordinator 

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Rate: $15/hr

Hours: 8AM-5PM, M-F

Adecco is assisting a local client in Irvine, CA to source for a Shipping Coordinator that is a temp to hire opportunity. This is a manufacturing company and they are looking for a candidate to help with the Administrative duties for the Warehouse.

Document Processing & Transactions

  • Manage and file all shipping documents
  • Receiving transaction
  • Pick List & B/L (Orders) checking and sorting

 Customer Service

  • Liaison between warehouse and NOC.
  • Arrange customer pickups and be with customers during pickups.
  • Liaison between customer and warehouse.
  • Call carriers for pickup.
  • At a time of will-call pickups, be with the customers

Warehouse

  • Support Warehouse Supervisor
  • Support Regional Administrative Support Manager
  • Support UPS shipment
  • Support physical inventory count
  • Backup for processing orders
  • Backup for Inventory Control

Requirements

  • Knowledge working in a Warehouse 
  • Excel and Data Entry skills 
  • High School Diploma
