Short Term Receptionist Role

Adecco is partnering with a local shoe Manufacturing company in Greenland, NH. They're seeking a full-time temporary receptionist to cover occasional absences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and providing them with directions and assistance.
  • Assisting with lunch orders.
  • Transferring calls to appropriate locations within building.
  • Completing daily mail related tasks.
  • Personable and independen
Requirements:
  • Must be RELIABLE.
  • Available for training, and for full assignment length (9/21-9/28).
  • HS Diploma
  • A year of office experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Phone handling
Shift Hours and Pay Rate:
  • Orientation/Training- 9/18-9/20- 8:30am- 12:00pm
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday- 8:00am-5:00pm
  • $14/hr
