Adecco Direct Hire is recruiting on behalf of our client in South Charlotte, NC area for the role of a Social Media Administrator. The Social Media Administrator will implement the company's comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. The Social Media Administrator will work closely with the team to ensure all social media campaigns align with the overall communication strategy and messaging. Collaborate, develop and execute social media marketing plan (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram) with Social Media Associate.
Develop robust monthly social media content calendar.
Create content that aligns with overall marketing campaigns, as outlined by the Creative Marketing Manager and Communications Strategist.
Work with Brand Managers and Online Marketing team to provide social media support for product launches, promos, special campaigns.
Track and analyze social media content performance.
Perform other assigned duties as may be required in meeting company objectives.
Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment.

The qualified and dynamic candidate for this role will have the below education and experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising with 3 years' experience in a marketing role
Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, YouTube and Instagram.
Detail oriented with proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams and multi-task multiple projects.
Must be computer literate, preferably in a Windows environment with familiarity with Web products.
Ability to think independently and possess creative writing/original thinking skills
Experience in marketing of consumer health, nutritional or pharmaceutical industries desired.
