POSITION: Social Media Campaign Strategist
LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH
DURATION: temp-to-hire

Position Summary:

The Social Media Campaign Strategist collaborates with the social media team, creative team, agencies, influencers and other partners to create cohesive social media campaigns that further the Company’s business goals.
Essential Job Functions:

Coordinate cross-functionally with internal and external teams, partners and agencies throughout the development and production of digital marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, associated research and data analytics requests, development of superior assets and/or campaign elements
Superior prioritization, workload balancing, assessment, time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to strategize campaigns from start to finish, including approvals, budget and reporting
Ability to navigate and optimize workflow plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns/assets
Provide cost estimates for proposed projects independently or through collaboration with subject matter experts, agencies, etc.
Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestones
Attention to detail

MinimumPosition Qualifications:

5 years’ experience in marketing with at least 2 years focused on digital marketing/social media
3 years of Social Media manager at a corporation or as an Account Director at an agency that focuses on social media
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Experience ideating social media and/or digital marketing campaigns from start to finish
Project management skills
Knowledge of digital marketing/social media and branding best practices
In-depth understanding of all current and emerging social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Tumblr and SnapChat, and insight into how corporations utilize these platforms to engage with and market to customers
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of individual work styles

Desired Previous Job Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related area preferred
5 years marketing experience in fast-paced environment
2 years digital marketing/social media experience with large retailer, multi-brand company and/or agency
Understanding of digital marketing production processes along with campaign management experience
