Social Media Coordinator

Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Social
    • Light community management: assistance with day to day community monitoring of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube & Pinterest) & posting
    • Upload social assets to the deck for international
    • Organize and ramp up weekly ugc (user generated content) giveway; contact & ship prizes to giveaway winners
    • Create social & paid media briefs for creative
    • Update Trello with calendar dates
    • Research current events and hash tag/holidays for organic social
 
  • Influencer Support
    • Update & organize our global influencer database
    • Research influencers and create a running list by top specialty store
    • Manage product sampling & influencer gifting/orders
 
  • Operations & Analytics
    • Organic analytics: pull results and build spreadsheet on a weekly basis
    • Research and create conference list
    • Organize digital server
    • Update the monthly social specs doc

Qualifications:
  • Excel
  • Enjoys working with numbers
  • Saavy and able to manage workload
  • 1-2 years prior social media experience (internships included)
  • Prior experience with Trello as a Project Management tool preferred, would be nice to have a PM tool (i.e. Hootsuite, Percolate) but not necessary
  • Coordinating day-to-day tasks
  • Posting tool in experience is a plus
  • Google Analytics experience is a plus
  • Must have an understanding of creative briefs
