Large residential community company needs a social media marketing coordinator to make customers feel welcome, to increase engagement by showcasing the lifestyle, events and activities offered at residential communities.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Social media marketing experience
Proficient with all social media platforms
Experience with developing/planning a social media strategy
Experience working with a marketing plan/overall business strategy
In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), keyword research and Google Analytics
Ability to measure the success of campaigns with specialized analytical skills relating to the job
Community Content Management
Responsible for generating social media reports outlining metrics and growth
Research audience preferences and remain current with latest digital marketing trends
Great communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
Excellent customer service/community engagement skills
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of Minto computer operating systems and CRM
Proficiency in data entry and management


Engage with customers on all social media platforms with the goal of building/maintain a loyal customer base through a continuous online presence;

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Engage with residents/customers in backlog via community-specific pages to promote all community related events and activities;

Facilitate online conversations with customers through engaging text, image and video content and respond to any social media inquiries;

Provide prospect lead information to Customer Outreach Specialist for follow-up purposes;

Collaborate and work closely with our Outreach Specialists, Marketing Teams and Lifestyle Managers to generate/maintain relevant content, campaigns, and other community related initiatives to drive traffic and increase audience participation;

Have expertise in multiple social media platforms; articulate trends and make recommendations relating to all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness;
In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), keyword research and Google Analytics; Measure web traffic and monitor Search Engine Optimization (SEO);

Develop an optimal posting schedule while considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics; Knowledge of each location, community, and Minto products;
Able to apply principals of logical thinking to a variety of practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures or processes;

Be able to professionally communicate over the telephone, email and in person with customers, staff and vendors;
Maintain a positive attitude and a desire to be successful; Aids the team effort in every way possible & acts in the best interest of the company;

Flexibility with schedule for customers and/or company needs; Attend and participate in various community events/grand openings, training seminars, Broker functions and other company events as required;
Assist Customer Outreach Team as needed; Ø Keep Customer Outreach Manager informed with daily office activities; Ø Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management
