The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient execution and successful launch of site experience initiatives by overseeing key workflows and partnering with key stakeholders to maximize customer experience, operational efficiencies and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will apply a seasoned understanding of Traffic Management principles to drive continuous progress, generate positive accountability, and produce a cycle of steady accomplishment. The Traffic Coordinator will have exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to guide multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

This team member will use perseverance, passion, and concise communication to be an usher to the team and the driving force behind all parts of successful projects: resource alignment, milestone management, high morale, and ensuring key needs are met

Essential Job Functions:

  • Partner with Site Merchandisers, Creative Managers and Web Developers to implement site strategies that serve as a basis for achieving financial sales objectives.
  • Oversee the on-time, on-strategy, high-quality execution of key workflows to ensure steady progress on site experience campaigns for our customer-facing eCommerce websites.
  • Review site experience briefs to ensure all needed details have been submitted and route requests to the appropriate copy, creative and production teams and track through to completion within our Basecamp project management system.
  • Sync with lead Creative Traffic Manager to assess daily studio workload and create daily work plan to ensure proper prioritization and proactively ensure schedules are adhered to and production needs are met.
  • Maintain understanding of site architecture, standards, functionality, and available resources in order to quickly diagnose best course of action for project execution; work with cross-functional teams to develop alternative solutions when needed.
  • Support with other duties and projects as required based on situational requirements and business needs.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience as a traffic coordinator, or related position.
  • 2 years’ experience in eCommerce, online marketing, web technology, or similar.
  • Organized to a passionate about creating structure; meticulous in managing project scope and timelines; responsive to the needs of individual team members; ability to heard and thrive inviting and involving contributors across teams and departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology or related field
