Your Challenge The successful candidate will be an integral part of our R&D team that is developing innovative solutions to meet our customer and business needs with an emphasis on product design of new image-guided medical applications as well as web-based medical informatics systems. The individual will be part of a highly skilled new product development team that span the full range of development from feasibility studies to stable production. The individual will create, document, and demonstrate new prototype technologies to be considered for development in our growing portfolio. What We Are Looking For The successful candidate will be an integral part of our R&D team that is developing innovative solutions to meet our customer and business needs with an emphasis on product design and usability of new software-based medical devices. The individual will be part of a highly skilled new product development team that span the full range of development from feasibility studies to stable production. Complete 2 or more years towards a Bachelors or Masters of Science degree in Computer Science (or equivalent degree) Experience in C#, C++, or other object-oriented language Experience is web-based application development (e.g., ASP.NET) Strong communication skills (writing & presenting) Experience working within a team Experience with advanced human-computer interfaces a plus Experience with image processing a plus Experience with computer graphics a plus
