provided support through Technical Support program, and own customer technical implementation and issue resolution until Go-Live and/or until the end of the Stabilization phase. Answer detailed questions on available request/response of API calls. Review customer’s code and provide best practice/recommendations. You have advanced troubleshooting skills and works together with an expert knowledge of API, services and backend system. You will manage the implementation of the solution and partner with the appropriate resources to ensure technical challenges are overcome, risks are mitigated, and projects are executed successfully. You will act as Project Manager to coordinate any company resources with the customer’s project manager and project plan and assists customers in prioritizing business needs as well as technical issues. You will become a product expert and help customers utilize the product family according to architectural best practices.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Work with the Solution Architect to define comprehensive solutions that meet the customer’s needs.

• Review candidate solutions for architectural soundness and functional completeness.

• Able to modify existing, or to create from scratch architectural solution documents (using industry standard tools such as MS Visio and PowerPoint).

• Be the single point of contact for the customer and become their trusted business/technical advisor

• Assist customers in prioritizing business needs as well as technical issues.

• Seek out new business opportunities for the company Direct product family.

• Be the voice of the customer with company product teams and help shape the future of the D&B Direct product line. Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance the product line.

• Manage the implementation of the solution and partner with the appropriate resources to ensure technical challenges are overcome, risks are mitigated, and projects are executed successfully.

• Support one or more accounts and prioritize customer needs accordingly.

• Conduct troubleshooting sessions with customers and company technical teams.

• Elicit requirements from customers and identify any gaps. Ensure requirements contain sufficient details from which a candidate solution can be created.

• Become a product expert and help customers utilize the product family per architectural best practices.

• Standard support through Technical Support program

• Named technical resource assigned for limited number of hours per contract agreement

• Named resource who:

 Owns customer technical implementation and issue resolution until Go-Live and/or Stabilization phases.

 Has advanced troubleshooting skills with an expert knowledge of API, services and backend systems

 Has an understanding of data sourcing and potential data impacts of sources

 Acts as Project Manager to coordinate any company resources with the customer’s project manager and project plan

Answers detailed questions on available request/response of API calls

 Reviews customer’s code and provide best practice/recommendations
