Their staffing team is tasked with finding these makers, entrepreneurs, engineers and scientists with deep technical expertise who love the challenge of the seemingly impossible.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand niche role requirements and strategize pipeline generation efforts.
- Autonomously create and own a candidate queue, prioritizing and engaging with candidates based on business need.
- Research companies/labs to determine key players in various types of industries such as Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, Energy, Agriculture, Biomedical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Cybersecurity, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sourcing/talent mapping experience
- Proven ability to effectively manage moving priorities and tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers, leadership and candidates with tact and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to document
- Basic comfort level with G-Suite, spreadsheets and cloud-based databases

Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of sourcing/talent mapping experience
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end candidate pipeline from initial reachout to closing candidates
- Genuine interest in Moonshot ideas and desire to learn about new industries
