Sourcer II

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find a Sourcer II. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months and will sit in Mountain View, CA.

**This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.

Project overview:

As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and internal databases as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research. Finding candidates for the UX profile, engagement, up until the candidate is deemed onsite ready. This is a great opportunity for anyone in Staffing to become a part of a truly global sourcing effort.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research.
  • Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
  • Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process.

Requirement:

  •  Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 years of Staffing (Recruiting and/or Sourcing) experience.
  • Customer Service, Sales, Metrics based environments experience.

Desired:

  • Experience specifically with recruiting User Experience (UX or UI/UX) designers and/or researchers.
  • Corporate and Staffing Agency experience.
