Summary: Sourcer will handle the front end of the recruiting process for all assigned requisitions. They support the recruiting team by presenting all qualified candidates from an assigned requisition while ensuring a positive client and candidate experience and maintaining compliancy in the requisitions.

Job Responsibilities: Daily tasks include the editing and posting of new requisitions, reviewing all candidates that submit interest to the positions, screening the candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications of the position, administering assessments when required and presenting all qualified candidates to the recruiter. Additionally they will work to gather market intelligence and candidate referrals that will lead to building passive candidate pipelines for positions within the company. They will also be required to maintain accuracy in all metrics, assignments, system documentation and procedures in support of the screening process and positions assigned.

Skills: Demonstrated success both in an individual and team environment. Strong attention to detail necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, be self-directed and exercise excellent time management skills. Strong adherence to process and deadlines

Business need for this role:
• Seeking worker to assist with phone screening support to manage candidate flow; and spike in demand.

Day to day responsibilities for this role:
• Conduct phone screen for candidates for Inbound Customer Service Representatives whose responsibility is answering phone calls from existing PNC customers who have questions about their accounts, products, and services.
• Sourcing and screening for the Pittsburgh/Kalamazoo/Columbus area and their primary function will be to complete phone interviews with candidates who are being considered for the Customer Service Rep. positions.
• Familiarity with JobsNavigator/Kenexa would be beneficial but is not required.
• Data entry
