Job: Sourcing Compliance Specialist
Location: Evendale OH, 45215
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: (12 month contract with possibility to extend or become permanent depending on performance and business needs)
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour / depending on experience with the qualifications below


Role Summary/Purpose

Work with Sourcing Compliance and Account Provisioning teams to review list of ~45k supplier userids to determine which are no longer valid and can be deactivated:
Link userid to vendor, sourcing commodity team and sponsor
Work with sponsor for initial determination
Communicate with Vendors for (validations and/or deactivations)
Develop master log to track status, responses and final deactivation
Systems accessed/interfaced include ePASS, IDM, SSO, IMPACT

Essential Responsibilities


Manage annual Certs & Reps process which includes
Sending initial survey to vendor, and reminders as needed
Reviewing data received to ensure accurate, complete and compliant
Update electronic database with information received from manual surveys
Update IMPACT with any changes to supplier status
Work with digital to further digitize process
Retrieve delinquent PO report notifications from the Compliance mailbox 3 times per week.
Collaborate with and send communication out to buyers
Coordinate requests for POs in support of internal and customer audits (CPSR, DCMA/DCAA)
Link buyers to POs via IMPACT, log and track location of POs from time they are delivered to Compliance to when they are returned to buyer
Communication out to the Sourcing sites to complete survey, compile data and run reports from the survey tool, so data can be analyzed by the compliance team.
Collect all PO’s that contain a small business plan and create a database of the goals, PO #, and Prime Contract number.


Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelors or Associate degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Sourcing).

Desired Characttion of a full background check, drug screen, employment verification, educational verification and reference checks required upon offer.
