Sourcing Coordinator

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
The Recruiting Coordinator will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Job Duties:

Job board postings
Data entry (pulling sourcing yield data and entering it into sourcing plans)
Performing audits of job board postings
Contacting hourly candidates in various substeps of the application process to encourage them to complete the application or attend an event
Additional ad hoc projects as needed (e.g. grassroots research, venue research)



Must Have:

High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree is PREFERRED
1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience
Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Strong organizational skills
Must be detail oriented
Great verbal and written communication
Upbeat attitude, customer focused



Pay Rate: $18.00hr - $21.00hr DOE
Shift Start/End Time: typically 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday; ability to provide weekend support, potential to work holidays
