Sourcing Analyst
Fort Worth, TX 76177
Length: One year
Hourly pay rate $25.00

Job Duties:

DATA MANAGEMENT, DATA ENTRY, SUPPLIER COMMUNICATION, reporting, somebody with fulfillment, Sourcing, finance background will be ideal
Educational Requirements – Prefer a Bachelor’s degree
# of years of experience: +5
Specific hardware/software knowledge will include MS Office, Oracle, Strong Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
Must be able to work/manage data, Sourcing/ Procurement background


Associate degree in a technical field preferred. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications desired.
1 + years of experience in a Material Expeditor role in a manufacturing setting.
Microsoft Office proficient; especially in Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
Previous experience working on a project team with exposure to project scheduling and cross-functional interactions.
Possess excellent communication skills both written and orally as they will be working with a variety of suppliers

Essential Responsibilities

Provide RFQ follow up support to ensure timely supplier quotations
Monitor supplier development schedules; work proactively to highlight risks and identify potential impact to delivery schedules
PPAP execution; monitor and expedite supplier qualification process steps with appropriate functions as necessary.
Premium transportation support – Process buyer workflow requests related to premium transportation requests
Proof of delivery/Trouble Ticket – assist Buyers with workflows
Maintain product cost information and provide analysis and summaries as required.
Gather and maintain data related to overall program metrics.
Provide summaries and prepare weekly updates.
