Space Planner / Transition Coordinator

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Space Planner / Transition Coordinator position in Stamford, CT. This is a 1st shift, direct hire opportunity. As a Space Planner / Transition Coordinator, you will be an integral member of the team responsible for planning and executing successful workplace transition services. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and manage space planning efforts and delivery for clients
  • Prepare for and facilitate client meetings and presentations
  • Coordinate and manage business relocation to the agreed service delivery standards
  • Manage third party contractors, including move agents, furniture installers, etc.
  • Conform to clients' AutoCAD standards
  • Propose new design layouts to meet the client's and legislative requirements and compliance



Qualifications:

  • MUST be proficient in AutoCAD
  • Must have IT proficiency
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities
  • Working knowledge of current US building regulations
  • Working knowledge of Anthropometrics and Ergonomics
  • Previous experience managing business relocation preferred
  • Diploma in AutoCAD / Space Planning / Architectural Building Services is highly desirable

This is a 1st shift, full time, direct hire opportunity. Some weekend work is required due to the nature of this position.
