Sports Data Analyst



Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in downtown Los Angeles looking for a Part-Time Sports Data Analyst.  This position is a long-term temporary position, possible permanent for the right candidate.  If you meet the qualifications listed below and would like to find out more about the position, please Apply Now!

Responsibilities for this Sports Data Analyst position include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete QA work on all games in real time using in-house software
  • Correctly identify and confirm teams, lineups and players
  • Mark base data for team to evaluate tracking performance
  • Communicate with Game Manager if issues arise
  • Participate in post-game meetings to provide feedback to supervisors to identify problems.

To be considered for this Sports Data Analyst position, you should:

  • Available to work 15-25 hours a week, including holidays, Saturdays and Sundays (Strictly Part Time)
    • Monday-Friday from 3pm – 1130pm
    • Saturdays-Sundays from 8am – 1130pm
  • Good understanding of Soccer, both the MLS and Soccer (football) worldwide and NBA
  • Operators must be able to work at least 6 weekend days per month; Friday evenings are considered weekend days in terms of scheduling and availability.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to focus on a game while in a sometimes loud and potentially distracting environment
  • Extremely reliable and punctual – many shifts will start at the same time as games
  • Reliable transportation to downtown Los Angeles
