Position Details:

Position:          HR Recruiting Coordinator

Location:          Cincinnati

Hours:              Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate:          $15

Duration:          Long-Term Temp, possible TTH


Job Description:

The main function of the role is to provide administrative support to the recruiters in the HR department.  They will be helping to schedule interviews, prep interview packets, draft and send offer letters, coordinate travel arrangements for interviews, etc.   They work with different lines of business, but one of the most high-level areas is the Wealth Management Group.  In this LOB, they are recruiting for executive level candidates where they provide transportation for interviews (limos) and coordinate the interviews with senior bank management.   It is VERY IMPORTANT that our candidates have extremely good attention to detail and that mistakes are not made.  They must have excellent computer skills (MS Outlook is a must) and be able to juggle multiple tasks at one time.  They should be organized and have a very high level of professionalism in communicating with senior management.



Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • High School Diploma
