Adecco Staffing is currently recruiting for a part-term, long-term temporary Sr. Administrative Assistant. This Sr. Administrative Assistant will be working in a Human Resources office, and this is a great opportunity to work for a well-known company located in Topeka, KS.

Location: Downtown Topeka, KS
Hours 5 hours/day, possibility for increase
Duration 3-6 Months
Pay $12/hr

• Primary contact and support for the HR team. Answer phone calls and walk in questions.
• Help with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, making packets, checking references.
• Other general clerical duties as assigned (filing, drafting emails, etc)

• Customer Service skills, high accuracy, great communication (verbal & electronic),
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows
• Ability to read/review and catch errors, data entry, basic math
• Basic knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
• Previous experience in a Human Resources office (strongly preferred)
