POSITION: Admin Assistant/Special Events Project Coordinator
LOCATION: Portland, OR
DURATION: temp-to-hire

Essential Job Functions:
. Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner for department.

. Maintain schedules and calendars.
. Coordinate routine matters, conference calls, meetings, travel and various other assignments.
. Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages for the department.
. Provide backup to other administrative support.
. Process invoices and maintain records for budget tracking.
. Track departmental expenses and maintain expense records.
. Run and distribute reports as needed.
. Maintain traveling consultant schedules, and other planning
. Maintain department compliance on initiatives as appropriate.
. Assist in the coordination of department activities as needed.


1 year of Office Administration and event coordination experience

Corporate Office Administrative Assistant experience.

Heavy Calendar management

. Strong written and oral communication.
. Must be organized and detail orientated.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
. Able to handle routine tasks and resolve issues with a high level of independence and initiative.
. Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
