Position: Call Center Senior Customer Service Support Rep – Tampa, FL
Length: 3+ months (W2contract)
Shift: 10:00am to 7:00pm M-Thurs. and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday / NO Weekends
Pay rate: $18.72 / hr.

Specific Duties

Will make outbound calls to client's existing customers whose policies are approaching a lapse status offering to take a one -time payment over the phone.
Will follow communication scripts and key records of all calls in client's data base for recording purposes.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Must Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Call center experience
Computer skills: Excel skills, MS office.
Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently and as a team
