Sr. Customer Service Representative

Specific Duties:
1.Receive Inbound phone calls ( 10 a day)
2 Make outbound phone calls ( 60-80 a day)
3.Process order through data entry
4.Complete orders (Durable Medical Equipment) patients via utilizing vendors
5.

Must have qualifications/experience:
1.Work independently
2.Good organizational skills
3.Good communication skills
4.Able to multi task
