Sr. Customer Service Specialist

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Sr. Customer Service Manager in Warren, MI. In this customer service role you will be working with various departments to ensure that clients have the best experience with their brand. The Service Manager will help to maintained and improve the company’s product reputation.  Managers will also manage a team of customer service representations to help drive sales with potential clients.

Responsibilities for this Sr. CustomerService Manager job include:

 

  • Train, direct, and motivate the customer service team
  • Develop, implement, and track metrics on client satisfaction, response time, and order accuracy
  • Handle high-stress situations and maintained focus
  • Work with team to develop strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  •  

    Qualifications:

     

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5 years of product/customer service experience
  • Experience in the lighting industry is preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  •  

     

    1st shift Openings:
    Direct Hire

     Monday- Friday (8am-5pm)
