Sr. Director of HR


This $200+M a year client is seeking Sr. Director of HR to head the HR teams of its sister companies. Duties and responsibilities include

Work closely with senior management to create strategic plans relating to staffing, benefits and compensations, and other HR related issues.

Direct talent acquisition, employee retention, development and performance processes

Develop, review and disseminate company’s employee handbook and other instructions and policies.

Knowledgeable of various federal, state and local labor and employment laws to include Canada.

Develop and attain KPI’s and goals.

Provide various reports to senior management, Board, and other stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will possess the following

Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred. At least one in Human Resources.

SHRM or similar industry certifications

Experience in manufacturing environments

At least ten (10) years of increased responsibilities managing and directing an HR team.
