Role Summary:

The Sr. Manager of Global Benefits will manage the benefit programs for the US, Canada, and 10+ other countries. This role will focus on benefits such as health and welfare, retirement, disability, leave of absence, wellness programs, and perks. The right candidate will be a technical expert in employee benefit programs, hyper-focused on top-notch customer (employee)
support, an effective communicator, and proficient in benefits operations.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Design, implement, oversee, and regularly review benefit programs for
    employees in the all global regions
    • Familiarity with government regulatory and compliance programs globally
    • Responsible for administration of both self-funded and fully-funded employer sponsored plans and qualified and non-qualified retirement plans
    • Manage and assist in the administration of international Global Mobility policies and programs, and provide expertise for relocation, immigration, taxation, and related processes
    • Ensure programs remain market competitive, cost effective, compliant, and aligned with our global benefits philosophy
    • Conduct a range of analyses involving the impact/effectiveness of current benefit programs and, if appropriate, the development and implementation of new programs
    • Conduct research on prevalent market practices and help develop alternatives.
    • Review existing technology used for benefit administration and make
    recommendations for enhancements or enhanced efficiencies
    • Prepare annual project plan and operating budget; monitor plan expenditures
    against budget throughout the year
    • Develop and prepare scorecards, metrics, and reports for management
    • Oversee day-to-day administration of benefits, including open enrollment and leave of absence administration
    • Maintain operational excellence in all global regions through process
    documentation, controls, and strong vendor management
    • Assist in the preparation of benefits-related communication pieces such as
    brochures, plan documentation, and other employee communication.


  • Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree preferred. CEBS qualification a strong plus.
    • 6+ years of deep knowledge of benefit program design, management and communications – global experience a plus
    • 5+ years of people management experience
    • Demonstrated expert knowledge of the US benefit regulatory environment and US benefit plan administration
    • Deep knowledge of the mobility landscape including immigration, relocation, and taxation
    • Self-motivated and passionate about employee benefits and bringing the very best work/life experience to employees around the globe
    • Practical experience managing benefits in multiple countries
    • Capability of planning and priority setting; ability to manage several complex projects in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
    • Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
