Sr. Project Manager

Adecco is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Norwood MA

9+ month W2 Contract

Overview:
This position requires a seasoned professional individual contributor in Project Management, who will work independently with minimal supervision overseeing all aspects of projects of moderate to high complexity, sometimes with no known precedence. This position will provide technical support for project management activities on moderately complex or complex projects for our client.

Project Management:

Planning, scheduling and reporting activities ensuring that comprehensive project, communication and risk plans are prepared and maintained, and issues are actively managed within the Program
Management of key integration deliverables across workstreams; requires working with multiple business contacts; building RACI documents that clearly show the steps and roles & responsibilities across critical processes
Driving workstream leads to complete weekly status updates as per defined deadlines; requires strong follow up skills
Schedule and track program defined management routines are followed by workstream to ensure accurate tracking of financials 40%

Business impact of Facilities changes:

Work directly with workstream lead(s) to document business impacts of facilities changes
Manage one tracker to reflect all upcoming deliverables, risks and issues 20%

Business impact of changes to ongoing administration work performed in India:

Work directly with workstream lead(s) to ensure tracking of key deliverables, risks and issues pertaining to changes in the administration model 20%

Business impact tracking of Technology cutover plan:

Work directly with workstream lead(s) to document business impacts of technology cutover plan including: changes to user security, business testing, process changes
Manage one tracker to reflect all upcoming deliverables, risks and issues 20%


Education
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred - Advanced degree a plus

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

Demonstrated ability to lead projects with multiple business and technology components
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage stakeholders and contributors to work as a team to deliver to the common objective
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Demonstrated problem solving, conflict management and decision-making skills
Experience working with matrixed, diverse, and geographically dispersed teams
Familiarity with health and defined benefits administration a plus
Proficiency in common tools used in portfolio, program and project management including MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint
PMP accreditation a plus
Professional qualifications presented should include project and/or Program management in syllabus
